Delancey Street Master Suite

Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Creating a spa-like master retreat for an historic townhouse involved building a narrow two-level addition and bridging traditional and modern design elements with the transitional elegance of Art Deco style. The project expanded one of the home’s four bedrooms into an office, added a windowed sitting area with built-in bookshelves to another room, and reconfigured the master suite with a luxurious bath and enlarged walk-in closet.
